1) What games you are active in:
Currently the only game I'm active in is Tera. However, I've played a variety of games from MUDs, City of Heroes, WoW, Aion, Forsaken World, Perfect World, Rift, to SWTOR, and tried plenty of others.2) Your Characters' name, level, class, and spec (if applicable):
My top character is Yourname
, 43 ... almost 44, Priest, and definitely a healer. I tend to find dps boring and gravitate to healing or tanking roles.3) Previous guild history Raid / PvP Experience:
In pretty much every MMORPG I've played, I tend to find one guild I enjoy and stick around for a long time. Whether it be hardcore, semi-hardcore or casual with the name of "Care Bears" which was vastly misleading to others in pvp.
My largest raid experience comes from WoW, spanning Vanillia, BC, and Wrath. In that time I raided as dps, healing, and tank roles. I went from one of the "sheep" in 40 man raids to running my own and then taking over healing organization for a larger guild. I enjoy the challenge of putting together new tactics and having to perform well in new content that you're under geared to do. And helping out other people if they're having trouble with it. In general though, I definitely prefer smaller tight knit groups instead of massive raid encounters.
I've done pvp in almost every game, I suppose the most memorable and fun was in Aion. I played both the Chinese and US version, with a guild who organized huge rifting events and abyss pvp. One of the few games where I switched to playing dps, because I loved killing
everyone. 4) A statement about why you want to join TBC. ( the more detail the better)
Basically, I want to join TBC because you guys seem to fit the style of guild I've come to enjoy. A good community of people to hang out and have fun with that watch each others backs. Mature players who like to get things done while still realizing that people have rl things to do while avoiding silly leetist attitudes for the most part. The people who I've met so far seem to be laid back, yet focused and funny.
And joining a cross-gaming guild is very appealing to me. I tend to be pretty loyal when it comes to guilds and I won't have to part ways with people if I want to try out a new title.5) How did you hear about TBC?
Through Planetside 2 forums, also talked to a few people ingame etc.6) A little about yourself, RL age, etc.
I'm 27 and currently going back to school to fill in the blanks of my Associates of Science that my BFA left me before moving onto my BS IT or IT - Internet Security. After trying to tough out the job market with a dual major in graphic design and photography for three years I decided I need something a bit more in demand and more enjoyable.
If I am not at the computer working on photos / graphic design, on a game, then I'm probably reading Game of Thrones so I don't have to wait to find out what happens next. Or dragging some unsuspecting victim out to have sushi with me.
